If you don't have a great experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes within our ability to make sure you are totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if a product has been opened, we CANNOT accept any returns. 

How do I return something? 

We offer returns for products that are either defective or damaged during shipping.

Our Returns Policy timeframe is 30 days from when an order arrives at your address.
